Rodrigo Sepúlveda Urzúa is a film and television director, active for over 30 years in the industry. He has directed television series (“Los simuladores”, “62: Historia de un Mundial” and the adaptation of the series HBO “In Treatment”), was executive producer of the dramatic area of Televisión Nacional de Chile (TVN) and director of content for the same channel. His films “A Thief and His Wife” (2002), “Our Father” (2005), “Aurora” (2014) and “Tengo miedo torero” (2020) stand out for their social themes, clear narrative, stories full of humanity and powerful performances.
“Tengo miedo torero” received two Silver Condor nominations for Best Original Score and Best Co-Production and a Platino Award nomination for Best Male Performance.
Rodrigo is currently developing his next feature film.
