Anna is a Mexican screenwriter and producer who has focused her career on building stories with a fresh, bold, and feminine perspective. Her productions and stories have been screened at film festivals in Mexico, the United States, Canada, Spain, and Italy.

She has written projects, both feature films and television series, for companies and studios such as Netflix, Amazon Studios, Sony Int. Pictures, WarnerMedia, Fábula, Wattpad Studios, Alameda Films, and Fábrica de Cine.

She has worked on her feature film projects, which are both originals and adaptations, with studios and production companies such as Sony, Warner Media, Alameda Films, and Alazraki Entertainment.

She was part of the writing of the new Cindy La Regia series for Netflix and heads the Perfectos Mentirosos project, the TV adaptation based on the Wattpad phenomenon with more than a million readers on the platform and more than 50,000 books sold.

She is currently writing the script for her directorial debut and producing a horror film for the United States.

She has won several screenwriting competitions such as the Mex Comedy Showcase, organized by Filmarket Hub (2021), and the Access Lab (2022), organized by Particular Crowd and the Guadalajara International Film Festival. In 2017 she was selected as one of the "30 Emerging Screenwriters" at the Oaxaca FilmFest and was named the only Mexican finalist in the writing contest in Los Angeles “SoCreate”, where they had more than 500 international participants.
