Paty Fernandez is a writer, actress and TV host. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame in Theater, Economics and Finance. After spending some years as a banker in Wall Street and participating in stage plays in Chicago and New York, Paty returned to Mexico to work for Forotv as a news anchor, a freelance correspondent for Real America with Jorge Ramos and co-write several screenplays for film, television and podcasts in English and Spanish such as Spurglers, Snitches and Smoking Guns. Lately, Paty has been focused on writing crime thrillers and black comedies, she considers these two genres to be her sweetspot. She has also participated in telenovelas such as Diseñando tu amor, Vencer al pasado, Mujer de Nadie, La Rosa de Guadalupe, Como dice el dicho, Esta historia me suena and Rutas de la vida.
