Director, writer and DP born in Tijuana, Baja California. Graduated CUM LAUDE from the Cinematographic Training Center in the specialty of directing. Her documentary debut NORTE was the winner of the GIFF and obtained a special mention in DocsMx. She has directed and written short fiction and documentary films such as APNEA (Winner of 6 glass screens and official selection in Huelva, Havana Festival, Cinequest, FICM, GIFF, Kinoforum, among others), GOLDEN MALIBU (Selection official FICM, GIFF, Palm Springs. Audience Award at Kinoforum Sao Paulo and best short film at Houston Latino Filmfest and Le chien qui aboie). On television, she directed with Everardo González the documentary series ANATOMÍA DEL MAL and MAREA ALTA for ViX. She has also participated as director and/or writer in programs such as STORIES OF A GENERATION for Netflix, EROTICA by Pantaya, MARIACHI CAMARGO on Canal 14, and as director of photography in CENIZAS DE LA GLORIA, ANATOMIA DEL MAL both from ViX and VILLAMISERIA.
