Ana Sofía Clerici
From Hermosillo, Sonora. She wrote and directed the short film THE W.C. which was part of the official selection of fiction short films at Guanajuato Film Festival in 2006. She ventured into series in 2009, writing BIENES RAÍCES, broadcasted in 2010 on Once TV with great success. Since then, she has participated in several television series, including EL VATO for NBC Universo, PARAMÉDICOS, TRILLIZAS DE COLORES, MONARCA (nominated for best screenplay at the Crystal Screen Awards) and the second season of LUIS MIGUEL: LA SERIE that premiered at 2020. Ana Sofía wrote EL JEREMÍAS for which she was nominated to the Ariel Award for Best Original Screenplay in 2016 and won the Audience Award, Stories from Abroad of the Austin Film Festival in 2015. In 2020 she was Head Writer of the series LA VIUDA DE LOS JUEVES for Netflix and she is currently writing an adventure series for HBO.
